Other amenities include WiFi, A/C, private bathroom, spacious client area and conference table, plus 300 amp electric service with easy access distribution boxes. Conveniently located between Penn Station and Port Authority.

Concrete floors provide the most stable platform for all types of shooting. A large commercial kitchen features four types of ovens, commercial sink and dishwasher as well as commercial referigator and freezer space.
